Special Events Mentoring (One Day Events)

Uncertain this is the opportunity for you?   Try investing one day at a Shining Service outreach event. All events need extra volunteers to assist with set up and facilitating the day’s events so activities can run smoothly.  Special events include our Makeover Missions where our military gals enjoy a beauty makeover including, hair, makeup, manicures and a fabulous gift bag of goodies.

3 Month Mentoring Opportunity

You will have special one-on-one contact with a military vet or spouse using our mentoring program to provide them with the foundation for a smooth transition back into civilian life.  Helping another women use her full potential is the most rewarding experience.

Shining Service Worldwide is dedicated to our mentors and ensures all participants will be comfortable and fully prepared for their mentoring relationships.  We offer training and informational sessions that will give you in-depth guidance into what are program is all about, what you can expect, and a broader picture of the impact you will have on your mentee.  You will have the chance to identify what opportunity best suits you.
